What is Inertia ME?

Welcome to Inertia Me! I’m Ethan Coleman, an exercise and sports science student who was inspired by the concept of inertia and its powerful implications. Inertia is Newton's first law of motion, which states that

"An object in motion stays in motion." (unless acted upon by another force)
